Storyboard for My Music Video

  1. First scene: Michelle waking up from a nap at the beach, flashback of Owen  texting “i love you” (0-5secs)
  2. Second scene: Owen and Michelle meet by bumping into each other at the streets (5-10secs)
  3. Third scene: Michelle sees the Owen again at a restaurant (10-15secs)
  4. Fourth scene: Owen and Michelle argue at the restaurant (15-21secs)
  5. Fifth scene: split-scene one side is Michelle crying the other is Owen walking away (21-26secs)
  6. Sixth scene: Michelle “stalks” Owen’s social media (26-34 secs)
  7. Seventh scene: Owen and Michelle are lip singing in different sides of the wall (34-42secs) 
  8. Eight scene: Owen and Michelle are in a bumpy road in the backseat (42-48secs)
  9. Ninth scene: scene with the two little kids walking on the boardwalk(48-55secs) 
  10. Tenth scene: Michelle and Owen hold hands in the front seat of the car (55-1:05secs)
  11. Eleventh scene: Owen and Michelle walk away from each other at the beach (1:05-1:10)
  12. Twelfth scene: Owen and Michelle bond back into each other and walk away as friends (preferably at sunset), (1:10-1:15)

  Hii blog, I’m back!! My group hasn’t started filming yet but we do have an amazing plane for the future. I’m really excited to start filming and editing the music video. For the future I plan to blog all of the future filming we’re doing and the editing. My song is really meaningful which excites me to start filming and inspires me to have the best music video we can. The process of filming is going to start very soon for my group and i hope it’s a fun experience! I’m excited to begin the process of making our story come to life and then telling you guys all about it. This music video needs to come to life soon, i’m extremely excited!!! Vision Pt.1: It’s official!

  Hii blog, I’m back with the awaited part one of filming!! We planned on to film on two different days to be able to portray the toxic couple feeling through our video. Today, we filmed for the first time the first six scenes. To be honest, I think it took us a couple tries on the first two scenes to get the hang of filming but so far it’s been great! On the first scene, it was the beginning of our couple story which starts with the deja vu flashback of a couple. This scenes took my group and I a couple of tries since we felt so awkward filming and wanted to really show the emotion one may feel in the deja vu moments. By the second scene, since we were away from more people we felt more comfortable and finally understood how to show that emotion. For the third and fourth scene it was a little easier since there was not much people by the restaurant area and the actors and myself, the videographer had gotten more used to the camera and the strong emotions. Vision Pt. 2: The scenes are done!

 Hii blog, I’m back!! Yesterday was the final day of filming which means the scenes are finally done. My group and I went back to film our final six scenes. This time we had a more of an idea on how filming works and  knew when to start our scenes. While we were there we changed little details that we had not expected. For example, for the split-scene we decided to switch it for the camera to go around which gave it a nicer look. I also had a little trouble getting the phone to focus and look nice in camera which also took a couple tries to make it the best i could. For the eight scene, it also brought me trouble since we didn’t have anyone to drive in a bumpy road so we had to improvise with moving the camera. For the 9th scene, involving the little kids i had to improvise since the kids that were supposed to act in our video were unavailable for the day we needed them.
